Vegan for Lent—Day 9

I rose early and hungry, having has dreams of eating breakfast for some reason. I made mushroom toast and vegan sweet potato cheesecake. The morning light is great for these food photos, so I got great pics of both dishes.

I had one of the mushroom toasts for breakfast and a slice of the cheese cake for lunch.

Instagram blocked me from liking and following for a day—I have no idea why. I posted a couple of Throwback Thursday pics to set myself up for posting three across moving forward, starting with the mushroom toast.

Dinner was mushroom toast and sweet potato cheesecake for dessert.
